With proper care, your 100% wool sauna gear should last for years. Gently squeeze out excess moisture – do not wring – reshape, and lay sauna gear flat to dry. Store with cedar or lavender once completely dry.

I wore this hat during a three day intensive sauna whisking workshop. The thicker felt helped insulate my head and prevented me from overheating as I was doing back to back whisking in the high heat. I would recommend this hat to anyone that needs a little extra insulation around their head in the sauna.

I’ve really enjoyed using the Rainier sauna hat. My favorite benefit is how it helps me thermoregulate during sauna sessions. I find that it keeps my head more comfortable and helps prevent the lightheaded, “head spin” feeling I sometimes experience in the heat.
The fit is another highlight. It sits snugly around my ears without feeling too tight or restrictive, so I can wear it comfortably throughout a session.
I also appreciate the natural wool material. It feels natural, and its antimicrobial properties make maintenance easy. Overall, the Rainer is a simple but effective addition to my sauna routine, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, low-maintenance sauna hat.
I absolutely love the Rosisu hat and mat! I would feel naked if I didn’t have them both for my sauna session. As with yoga and the mat, it’s the Rosisu sauna hat and mat that I feel are necessary for the full sauna experience. And simply hang dry after each session and somehow it smells and feels as good as new. I’m able to stay in longer, my hair doesn’t get crusty and they have a look and feel that you know the materials and craft in making are supreme. I can’t rave enough about these products, thank you Rosisu!!🙏
